Job Purpose
The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting services effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry-related gatherings to build brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Experience working within the Real Estate or OAM sector.
- Having an pre-established relationship with Real Estate Developers in the UAE market is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
