Sales Officer

• Conduct cold calls and follow-up communications to introduce our services.
• Identify and target new clients, including event planners, corporate companies, hotels, and agencies.
• Build and maintain a strong client database and track leads and conversions.
• Meet potential clients to understand their event production requirements.
• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare tailored solutions and quotations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.

Ideal Candidate:

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in events or AV industry is a plus).
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and cold calling skills.
• Ability to pitch technical AV & lighting services in a simple and convincing way.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of Audio, Video, and Lighting equipment (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in English
