Sales Officer

main job details

  • Follow up on customers’ deposits via fax, email, and WhatsApp until they are posted to customer accounts.
  • Respond to daily customer calls and inquiries regarding bank deposits, credit reviews, bookings, and dispatched quantities.
  • Work on the company system (SAP) to book sales orders, issue coupons, receipts, reposts and generate final monthly invoices.
  • Prepare daily reports (daily booking, daily dispatch, governmental reports, monthly closing, etc.), as well as monthly and annual reports.
  • Resolve customers’ problems and respond to inquiries related to their accounts.
  • Responsible for closing customer accounts according to customer requests.

Requirements

Education
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Finance.
Skills
-Strong time management skills. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong customer relations skills.
Experience
From 1 to 3 years of experience in the same position.
