Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our team at Bahria Orchard-Raiwand Road - Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client interactions, and closing orders efficiently. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the organization. There is no fixed time limit; the role is performance-driven with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Identify potential clients, reach out, and maintain positive professional relationships.
  • Order Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per company guidelines.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track orders, and provide regular updates to management on performance and achievements.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to coordinate client requirements, promotions, and follow-ups.
  • Commission & Incentives: Ensure accurate recording of closed orders for daily commission calculations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM or order management systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Lahore, specifically Bahria Town projects.
  • Experience in closing high-value sales orders.

Compensation:

  • Salary: PKR 10,000 – 45,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
  • Per Order Commission: Earn additional commission on each successfully closed order, calculated daily based on order value.
  • Flexible working hours with performance-based incentives.
