Sales Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Officer who can drive business growth by identifying prospects, building strong client relationships, and successfully closing deals. The candidate should be confident in communication and motivated to achieve targets.

Key Duties:

• Generate and pursue new business opportunities
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
• Present and explain company products or services effectively
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Meet assigned monthly and annual sales goals
• Keep accurate records and prepare sales reports
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide post-sale support

Skills & Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-driven mindset
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Understanding of digital or online sales channels
