Hakeem Easy Finance is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Officers / Call Center Agents to join our growing team in Islamabad. If you have experience in Life and Health Insurance telesales or possess strong communication skills with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, presenting insurance products, generating leads, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients for Life & Health Insurance plans
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Maintain customer records and track follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
• Deliver quality customer experience on every call

Requirements

• Prior experience in insurance telesales is highly preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
