Sales Officer (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven and results-focused Sales Executive to play a key role in driving business expansion through the acquisition of new clients and increased sales performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales expertise, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Prior experience in the marble and tile industry or related fields will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the company’s client base and consistently achieve or surpass sales objectives.
• Apply a deep understanding of the marble and tile market to effectively promote products, anticipate customer needs, and recognize emerging opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through trust, effective communication, and exceptional service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, manage negotiations with professionalism, and close deals that support the company’s long-term growth.
• Partner with the marketing team to design and execute strategic campaigns that generate qualified leads and strengthen brand positioning.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to provide valuable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a strong record of achieving measurable results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of performing effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Background in the marble, tile, or building materials industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
