Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Field Sales Executive with 0–4 years of relevant experience in B2B field sales. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in manufacturing, civil, or solar industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cold calling, site visits, and team handling, and should be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and lead generation
• Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, builders, or procurement teams
• Manage and mentor a small team of junior sales executives to ensure target achievement
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
• Maintain sales data and provide timely reports to management
• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity
• Collaborate with internal teams such as technical, installation, and operations for project coordination
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s degree Prefered
• 0–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in manufacturing, civil construction, or solar energy industries
• Experience in handling site-related queries, working with civil/technical teams, and understanding basic technical specs
• Prior experience in cold calling, B2B client interaction, and field operations
• Team handling or leadership experience is a must
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with field work and client visits
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
• Should be available for immediate joining
