Al-Maida Frozen Food is looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Officers to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on managing distributor and retailer relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring our premium frozen food products are widely available across general trade, modern trade, and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) channels
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive primary and secondary sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual volume/value targets for the assigned territory.
- Distributor Management: Appoint, manage, and support a network of distributors. Ensure they have the necessary infrastructure, inventory levels, and motivation to effectively serve the market.
- Channel Development: Identify and onboard new business opportunities within retail (grocery stores, supermarkets), wholesale markets, and the food service sector (hotels, restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens).
- New Product Launches: Spearhead the launch of new frozen food items in your territory, securing shelf space, generating consumer trials, and driving initial sales velocity.
Client & Relationship Management
- Key Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key retail chains, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, product quality, or claims.
Operations & Merchandising
- Order Management: Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to all customers.
- Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure optimum shelf space, visibility, and branding for Al-Maida products at all retail outlets. Implement promotional displays and point-of-sale materials (POSM) effectively.
- Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor competitor activities (pricing, schemes, new products), market trends, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to management.
Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Education:
Experience:
- sales & Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
