Sales Officer - Interior

The Sales Officer – Interior is responsible for generating sales leads, converting prospects into clients, and achieving sales targets for interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves client interaction, site visits, coordination with the design team, and closing deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and walk-in clients.
• Meet potential customers, understand their interior requirements, and explain company services and solutions.
• Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with clients for approvals, negotiations, and closures.
• Maintain customer database, sales pipeline, and daily/weekly sales reports.
• Conduct site visits to understand project scope and requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, builders, architects, and consultants.
• Stay updated on interior market trends, materials, and competitors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and handover process.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (interior design, modular furniture, real estate, or construction preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Basic understanding of interior design concepts and materials is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Any bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience
