Purvanchal Real Estate Developers LLC is a fast-growing and dynamic real estate development firm in Dubai. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for passionate, self-driven, and enthusiastic Sales Officers (RMs) to join our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, meetings, and property visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients
• Onboard and activate new brokers to maximize sales opportunities
• Present properties and projects confidently to potential buyers and partners
• Conduct timely follow-ups and ensure an excellent customer experience
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and deal closures
• Stay updated with market trends and company projects to pitch effectively

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong English proficiency (verbal & written)
• 1–2 years of real estate experience in Dubai required
• Positive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality
• Strong phone handling and follow-up abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate sector
• UAE driving license is an added advantage
