Sales Operation

Our trusted Partner, Huawei Egypt is hiring a self-driven Sales and Quality operation specialist to join the team in Egypt Cairo to work among sales team as sales operation

Job Purpose

This role supports regional sales and quality operations across Egypt and some countries of Northern Africa , acting as a key operational interface with our team. The position focuses on sales project coordination, operational data analysis, and structured communication to ensure alignment between regional execution and HQ governance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Sales Project Operations

• Support execution and tracking of sales projects across Egypt/Africa regions in coordination with China HQ.
• Monitor project progress, identify operational risks, and support timely escalation to regional and HQ stakeholders.
• Coordinate regular sales project review meetings involving regional teams and HQ counterparts.
• Ensure adherence to HQ-driven processes, timelines, and reporting standards.

2. Data Analysis & Operational Reporting

• Conduct routine operational and sales data analysis based on HQ-defined KPIs and operational indicators.
• Prepare standardized reports, dashboards, and summaries for both regional management and China HQ.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal quality and governance requirements.
• Support operational optimization initiatives through data insights and performance tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, quality operations, or project coordination.
• experience in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft office

Skills & Competencies

• Chinese speaker (Mandarin) is a mandatory – strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Good command of English for regional business communication.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to operational detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.
