Sales Operation Manager

Job Purpose

The Assistant Sales Operations Manager is responsible for supporting daily sales and operational activities, ensuring efficient coordination across accounts, supply chain, logistics, and customer management. The role focuses on maintaining smooth operations, accurate reporting, and achieving sales targets through effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial & Accounts Management

  • Manage operational accounts and financial transactions
  • Ensure accurate and timely closing of the daily cash book
  • Maintain proper financial records for direct operations

2. Supply Chain & Complaint Handling

  • Coordinate with relevant personnel to manage supply chain activities
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments for issue resolution

3. Inventory & Stock Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain daily closing stock reports
  • Ensure stock accuracy and timely updates
  • Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or discrepancies

4. Logistics Management

  • Oversee logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient transportation and dispatch
  • Identify and resolve operational delays

5. Corporate Client Management

  • Manage supply requirements for corporate customers
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients

6. Sales Performance Monitoring

  • Track daily targets versus actual achievements
  • Analyze performance gaps and take corrective actions
  • Support sales teams in achieving business goals

7. Systems & Software Management

  • Ensure full control and proficiency in systems such as SAP, SAMS, or other ERP tools
  • Maintain accurate data entry and system updates
  • Generate reports as required

8. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales teams and key stakeholders
  • Support initiatives to drive sales growth
  • Ensure alignment between operations and sales strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • MBA is a plus

Experience

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales operations, logistics, or supply chain

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of supply chain and sales operations
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, SAMS) and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
