Are you passionate about travel, sales, and delivering exceptional service? Capital Holidays is looking for a dedicated Sales & Operations Agent to support our sales and operations teams in driving revenue, ensuring smooth processes, and delivering top-quality service to our clients and partners.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Support sales/product teams and contact centers with bookings, amendments, cancellations, and refunds

• Coordinate with suppliers, trade partners, and internal stakeholders

• Deliver professional customer service via phone and email

• Monitor KPIs and dashboards to identify improvement areas

• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Tourism 365 brands

• Prepare sales and operational reports for management

✅ What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or call center environment

• Exposure to B2C and B2B travel sales preferred

• Strong skills in customer service, account management, and operations

• Collaborative mindset, detail-oriented, and results-driven
