Sales & Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

This is a support role reporting to the Account Manager, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Support the Account Manager with day-to-day account management tasks across both wholesale and retail.

•⁠ ⁠Manage order processing and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely shipping.

•⁠ ⁠Handle customer service inquiries and assist with returns, exchanges, and order issues.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with shipping partners to track and troubleshoot deliveries.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain up-to-date product, pricing, and inventory information across systems.

•⁠ ⁠Assist with product launches, line sheets, and internal reports.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor stock levels and help align inventory between production and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠2+ years of experience in sales operations, logistics, customer service or a similar role — ideally in fashion or e-commerce.

•⁠ ⁠Strong working knowledge of Shopify for managing products, orders, and backend functions.

•⁠ ⁠Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

•⁠ ⁠Working proficiency in English is required for communication and daily tasks.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Excel and comfortable managing order and inventory data.

•⁠ ⁠Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

•⁠ ⁠Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.
