Job Description:
Position Purpose:

The Regional Operations Coordinator provides essential support to the Central Region by managing sales data and field coordination. This role ensures that all sales reports (MIS) are accurate and field activities are executed on time. By acting as the region's operational backbone, this position allows leadership to focus on strategic growth and market execution.

Key Accountabilities:

• Data Management: Collection, compilation, and analysis of sales data and MIS reporting.
• Coordination: Coordination and correspondence with field teams for timely execution and follow-ups.
• Performance Reporting: Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• KPI Evaluation: Assisting in evaluation of team performance against defined KPIs.
• Sales Monitoring: Supporting monitoring of sales growth trends, targets vs achievements, and execution effectiveness.

Key Attributes and Mindset:

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to turn raw data into meaningful performance insights.
• Strong Follow-up: Ensuring field teams adhere to deadlines and execution plans.
• Technical Proficiency: High command over MS Excel and other reporting tools.
• Efficiency: Ability to handle multiple reports with accuracy under deadlines.

Qualification:

• Bachelors (BBA / B.Com / BSc Statistics or equivalent)

Experience:

• 2–3 Years in Sales Operations or MIS

Location: Lahore

What Success Looks Like

• Reporting Excellence: Delivering 100% accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the Sr. RSM Central on time.
• Data Integrity: Maintaining a streamlined MIS where raw sales data is consistently transformed into clear, actionable performance insights.
• Operational Discipline: Field teams adhere strictly to execution plans and deadlines due to your proactive coordination and rigorous follow-up.
• KPI Alignment: Team performance is effectively monitored against defined KPIs, providing leadership with a clear view of "Target vs. Achievement" progress.
• Process Efficiency: High-level technical proficiency in MS Excel is utilized to handle complex reporting tasks with speed and precision.
