Sales & Operations Executive

Position: Sales & Operations Executive

Location: Oxy Urban
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales
  • Actively generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Convert leads into sales by explaining Oxy Urban’s products and services (landscaping, terrace/balcony makeovers, plants, accessories, etc.).
  • Meet monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Handle walk-in customers at the offline store, providing product knowledge and closing sales.
  • Address customer complaints, queries, and follow-ups effectively.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Operations & Coordination
  • Coordinate daily store activities including display, stock management, and billing.
  • Support delivery, service coordination, and logistics for orders/projects.
  • Report daily/weekly updates on sales, leads, and store activities to management.
  • Field Visits
  • Visit potential clients, housing projects, architects, builders, and institutions for business opportunities.
  • Distribute marketing materials and represent Oxy Urban at events/expos when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales/retail/customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi/Telugu is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel locally for lead generation.
  • Interest in plants, landscaping, and interiors is a bonus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
