Sales Operations Executive

Jaffer Agro Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to oversee project records, invoicing, payment reconciliation, CRM updates, and data analysis. The role requires strong coordination with Area Managers and Finance to ensure smooth operations and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Record Management: Maintain accurate records of projects, cheques, invoices, and official correspondence.
• Financial Support: Prepare forecasts, team expenses, payment breakups, and generate invoices.
• Receivables & Payments: Follow up on payments, reconcile receivables, and process demand draft cancellations.
• CRM Updates: Enter and verify payment details in CRM; ensure data accuracy and timely status updates.
• Project Support (PRIAT & Others): Issue project offer letters, process invoices, record project data, and manage farmer share refunds.
• Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data analysis, identify outstanding payments, and share insights with management.
• Coordination: Work closely with Finance and Area Managers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate - BBA/MBA
• Strong MS Office skills: CRM/SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and correspondence skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Experience: 2–4 years’ experience in sales operations
