Reports To: Sales & Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales & Warehouse Executive is responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory control, and timely order fulfillment. This role combines customer-facing sales responsibilities with backend logistics coordination to maintain high service standards in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Duties:

  • Identify and develop new customers including retailers, wholesalers, hotels, restaurants, and distributors.
  • Promote company products and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Collect payments and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Warehouse & Operations Duties:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock according to food safety standards.
  • Ensure proper storage of food and beverage products (FIFO/FEFO compliance).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers for deliveries.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, warehouse operations, or FMCG/F&B industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems).
  • Knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
