Sales Operations Executive

JR Industries is looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support the sales team in planning, coordination, and performance tracking. JR Industries is a fast growing manufacturer of household care products, including detergents.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with distributors, field sales teams, and factory to streamline operations

· Track and analyze sales performance, sharing timely reports with management

· Support sales planning, order processing, and delivery follow-ups

· Ensure sales targets and deadlines are achieved

· Maintain accurate sales records and data

· Resolve sales-related queries efficiently

· Assist in enhancing distributor and field team performance

Experience & Skills:

· 2–3 years in FMCG sales, with at least 1 year in sales operations

· Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

· Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented

· Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure

· Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools
