Sales Operations Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing data, improving processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency and performance within the sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain and manage customer data in CRM systems.
  • Monitor sales orders, contracts, and invoicing processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Support sales team with data insights and operational assistance.
  • Track sales targets and assist in performance management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
