Sales Operations Executive (CRM | HubSpot | Data Analytics)

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and has hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate data, smooth processes, and better visibility into sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, clean, and maintain CRM data (HubSpot preferred)
  • Generate and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Monitor pipeline health and deal tracking
  • Identify gaps in sales processes and suggest improvements
  • Work with cross-functional teams for better data alignment
  • Support sales team with day-to-day operational issues
  • Assist in forecasting and performance tracking

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations / CRM / Data roles
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Good understanding of sales pipelines and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Exposure to sales forecasting & pipeline management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
