Job Introduction
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the sales performance for KSA. Primary responsibility is to develop and improve the strategic and operational aspects of sales performance, contributing to financial planning, reporting, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Consolidating Annual Operating Plans (AOP), facilitate monthly target sign-offs, and evaluate category and channel-wise performance.

Generating daily sales reports, monitoring and training the sales team on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as FCS score KPIs (BP, ECO, LPPC).

Conducting data analysis using tools like AC Nielsen and EPOS for market share tracking and category evaluation.

Additionally, working on operational development tasks and monthly incentive calculations for the sales team.

Manage and optimize the sales processes by bring the system automation/upgradation.

Develop "go-to-market" models for products and channel-specific strategies.

Increase sales team efficiency by developing and implementing strategies through appropriate tools and dashboards.

Design sales incentives to align with business objectives.

Utilize platforms like Nielsen, EPOs, and internal data to gather market insights and present strategies to management.

Drive outlet distribution through data-supported initiatives and gap analysis.

Track trade marketing investments by channel/category and conduct spend type analysis.

Collaborate with departments and upper management to identify business goals.

Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators to inform strategic and tactical decisions.

Align sales operations by collaborating with marketing and finance teams.

Create and manage automation tools to enhance sales process efficiency and ensure compliance.

Proactively analyze market trends to gain a first-mover advantage.

Identify sales opportunities and reduce sales returns to increase overall sales.

Streamline communication channels between sales, marketing, and finance departments to foster collaboration and maximize efficiency.

Implement continuous training programs for the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the latest tools and techniques.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers, to drive business growth and retention.

Qualifications
-
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of Sales with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Business Graduate with Marketing major Masters / MBA with Marketing Specialization - Management Sciences/Sales & Marketing
-
Important to have worked with senior management, in a high-pressure working environment.

FMCG/ Manufacturing experience is preferred.
-
Fluency in English is required.

Proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage.

Proficiency in Trade Marketing and Category Management, coupled with Sales and Distribution Strategy Management, drives business success.
