Sales Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead our store registration initiative in Pakistan. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build and expand our retail network while earning uncapped commissions in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new retail stores to join our growing network across Lahore and surrounding regions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key decision-makers
• Conduct compelling sales presentations and negotiate partnership agreements
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly store registration targets
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support business growth
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect pipelines
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of proven sales experience with demonstrated track record of exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
• Excellent presentation skills in both English and Urdu
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in restaurant onboarding or food service industry sales
• Established network and connections within Pakistan's restaurant/retail industry
• Understanding of local market dynamics and business practices in Lahore
