Sales & Operations Manager – North India (Events & Exhibitions)

New Delhi | Reports to: Director – Sales & Business Development

Role Overview:

Drive sales, client servicing, and event operations across North India. Lead business growth, manage key accounts, and ensure flawless execution of exhibitions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and expand client base across corporate, government & trade sectors.
  • Lead end-to-end event execution – planning, logistics, production & delivery.
  • Build strong client & vendor relationships; ensure quality and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor regional teams for performance and collaboration.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and provide business insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Event Management
  • 6–10 years in events/exhibitions/MICE; 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in sales and managing large-scale events

Skills:
