Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales & Outreach Executive, based in Lahore, Pakistan. The Sales & Outreach Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential leads, building and nurturing relationships with partners such as landlords and universities, and promoting the company’s offerings. Day-to-day tasks include creating strategic outreach plans, conducting cold calls, scheduling meetings, presenting tailored solutions, and building collaborations that support CiaoNest’s mission. The role also includes fostering long-term partnerships to fulfill student housing needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

Contact and visit landlords, hostels, and property owners in Lahore

Conduct cold outreach (calls + field visits)

Onboard verified property listings on CiaoNest

Build strong relationships with property owners

Ensure accurate and trusted listing information

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with field work and outreach

Self-motivated and target-driven

Compensation:

Commission-based earnings on performance

Contract duration: 2 months (extendable based on results)
