We are hiring a Business Development Executive – IT Services
(BDM)
who will be responsible for bringing in new clients and closing projects every month in IT, Digital Marketing, Graphics, Web Design, Software, Apps and Email Marketing. This is a target-based role – the candidate will receive their salary only upon achieving the agreed monthly targets, along with attractive commissions for exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:Research, identify, and approach potential clients across USA, UK, Canada, and other markets.

Acquire new clients and projects every month for services such as web/app development, SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, graphic design, and email marketing.

Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, cold calling, email outreach, and other sales channels.

Pitch services, prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close deals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transition after closure.

Achieve monthly client acquisition targets and maintain a strong pipeline for future sales.

Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales in IT/digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, graphics, and IT services.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills in English.

Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.

Familiarity with CRM, freelancing platforms (Upwork/Fiverr), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

Self-driven, ambitious, and comfortable with a performance-linked role.

KPIs & Targets:Targets will be defined during onboarding.

Achievement of targets is mandatory for receiving the monthly salary.
