Sales Person

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information in Mandarin, Bahasa and English
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and market trends
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and company events as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role
• Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
• Minimum SPM/Diploma; Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
