What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and assist them in finding products
• Share product knowledge & provide recommendations
• Manage billing & handle purchases
• Track inventory and ensure stock availability
• Address concerns and escalate when needed
• Deliver excellent customer service with every interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in Retail or the Vaping Industry
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good with numbers (basic math skills)
• Customer-first mindset with motivation to excel
• Must live close to our shop location
