Sales Pharmacists

JJob Summary

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions. This role requires a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and retail pharmacies.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and key clients.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding product usage, dosage, side effects, and benefits.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new product developments, and competitor activities.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve product-related concerns effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance reports.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm-D) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is preferred.
• License: Valid pharmacy license (if required by applicable regulations).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen with negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned territory effectively.
• Willingness to travel as per job requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
