Virtual Medical Assistant -Onsite

We Are Hiring: VMA Pharmacist (Virtual Medical Assistant – Pharmacy)
Location: Lahore - Onsite
Shift: 7 PM - 4 AM (US Time Zone)

Role Overview:
As a VMA Pharmacist, you will support US healthcare providers by managing medication-related tasks, ensuring accuracy in prescriptions, and assisting with pharmacy workflows. You will play a key role in maintaining patient safety, compliance, and efficient coordination between providers, pharmacies, and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process prescriptions with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist in medication reconciliation and maintain updated patient medication records
• Coordinate with pharmacies and healthcare providers for prescription clarifications
• Handle prior authorizations and insurance-related medication queries
• Support e-prescribing workflows and ensure proper documentation in EHR systems
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding medications, dosage, and instructions
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data confidentiality standards
• Monitor medication-related tasks to ensure timely completion and quality standards

Requirements:
Pharm-D / Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (required)
1–3 years experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing / VMA role preferred
Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Kareo, Athena, eClinicalWorks, etc.)
Strong knowledge of medications, prescriptions, and pharmacy workflows
Excellent communication and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
