Pharmacist- Category A

We are seeking a Pharmacist - Category A, incumbent will be required to act as registered Category A Pharmacist for licensing purposes. He/she will be required to fulfill regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with DRAP.

Exclusivity:

The Category A Pharmacist shall be exclusively engaged with the Company for the purpose of regulatory compliance and licensing, and shall not act as a Category A Pharmacist for any other organization during the term of engagement without prior written consent of the Company.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Ensure compliance with applicable DRAP regulations and relevant laws.

· Maintain and oversee Product registration records

· Maintain and oversee Regulatory documentation (including Form-7, where applicable)

· Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure products meet approved specifications.

· Assist in regulatory correspondence and inspections, if required.

· Support and oversee production activities for the Company’s personal care products, in line with regulatory requirements, upon commencement of manufacturing operations.

Qualifications & Experience

· Pharm-D from a recognized institution

· Registered Pharmacist with relevant Pharmacy Council

· Eligible as Category A Pharmacist as per DRAP requirements

· Prior experience in the personal care or nutraceutical industry is required

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

· Basic understanding of pharmaceutical, personal care and nutraceutical regulations

· Familiarity with regulatory dossiers, Form-7 (Manufacturing License), and the structure of product registration records.

· Strong liaison skills

· Ability to identify compliance gaps or production issues and propose solutions that align with regulatory frameworks.
