PHARMACY HEAD

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Pharmacy to lead our hospital pharmacy operations in Karachi. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong clinical pharmacy expertise with solid supply chain management experience to ensure efficient, compliant, and patient-focused services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall pharmacy operations, ensuring high standards of patient care
• Oversee procurement, inventory control, and vendor management to ensure uninterrupted medicine supply
• Implement and monitor medication safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
• Optimize pharmacy supply chain processes, including forecasting, stock planning, and cost control
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams for effective service delivery
• Develop and mentor pharmacy staff to build a high-performing team

Requirements:

• Pharm-D / Master’s in Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• 8–10 years of hospital pharmacy experience, including leadership role
• Strong expertise in pharmacy supply chain, procurement, and inventory management
• Sound knowledge of regulatory standards and hospital pharmacy practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
