Sales Planner (FMCG/Food Industry)

About the Role:

We are hiring a Sales Planner to support and coordinate daily sales and warehouse operations.
You’ll ensure accurate order booking, efficient delivery planning, proper inventory levels, and smooth communication between sales, logistics, and warehouse teams. The role is based inside the warehouse and is key to keeping operations on track.

Main Responsibilities:

• Book and confirm customer orders accurately.
• Plan and schedule daily deliveries with the logistics team.
• Monitor and update stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Prepare daily manpower schedules for loading and dispatch.
• Communicate with customers about orders and deliveries.
• Generate simple reports on orders, stock, and delivery performance.
• Support process improvement and data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales planning, warehouse, or logistics (preferably FMCG or food distribution).
• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP/inventory systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
