Sales Planner Supply Chain ME

Position

You will join the Middle East Supply Chain team of Christian Dior Couture, located in the heart of Dubai.
Within a dynamic and strategic team, you will be responsible for building sales forecasts for several product categories.
This is a central position within our Maison, giving you exposure to numerous stakeholders both at headquarters and in regional offices (Central and Regional Supply Chain, Merchandising, Business Planning, etc.).
In a highly dynamic business environment, the accuracy and quality of sales forecasts represent a major strategic challenge for the Maison.

Job responsibilities

1. Overall management of the Middle East Forecast for several categories

  • Build sales forecasts for all SKUs within your product categories
  • Work closely with Distribution and Merchandising teams to refine projections
  • Share forecast results with relevant teams through various meetings and presentations
  • Co-develop the Best Estimate with the Business Planning team

2. Monitor category performance

  • Analyze daily performance of your categories (sales, mix, growth, etc.)
  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses (vs. LY, Forecast)
  • Work closely with the Distribution team to optimize information sharing

3. Showrooms

  • Contribute to the construction of OTBs for the seasonal buying sessions (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter)

Support merchandisers during collection buys (strategy, volume, mix, etc.)

Profile

  • Bachelor, preferably in Supply Chain or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years working experience in retail or logistics industry in ME, including experience in sales forecasting
  • Comfortable with systems and data management (Excel / Anaplan / Power BI).
  • Fluent in English in a professional context.
  • Strong understanding of the market and business challenges
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Reliable, rigorous, and adaptable

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to various stakeholders
