Role Overview

We are seeking a junior, high-potential Supply Planning professional to support the Supply Planning function during a maternity cover period. This role is ideal for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual looking to prove themselves within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

While the role is complex in nature, the preference is for a sharp, focused, and proactive candidate with early-career exposure to Supply Chain or Supply/Demand Planning, who can operate independently and manage cross-functional pressure effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply and demand planning activities to ensure optimal product availability
• Assist in inventory planning and optimisation initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Commercial, and Operations teams
• Prepare, analyse, and maintain supply planning data, reports, and trackers
• Monitor planning assumptions and flag risks, gaps, or inconsistencies proactively
• Support planning cycles, reviews, and execution activities with a strong bias to action
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all planning-related outputs
• Actively follow up on action items without the need for constant supervision

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably within Supply Planning or Demand Planning
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional pressure
• High attention to detail combined with a proactive, action-oriented mindset
• Self-starter who can operate independently and take ownership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• Degree from a reputable / respected university is preferred

Technical Skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
• Exposure to JDE and/or Kinaxis is desirable but not mandatory

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
