Shift Planner

Prepare and maintain shift schedules in the PDC system for selected units within the healthcare structure.
Work closely with department managers and other administrative teams to ensure accurate planning.
Ensure schedules comply with working time laws, collective agreements and local regulations.
Support the rollout, daily use and further improvement of the PDC planning system.
Take part in the daily operation, optimization and continuous improvement of scheduling processes.
Help identify planning issues and suggest practical solutions to improve efficiency.

Previous experience with shift scheduling systems, ideally within the healthcare environment.
Knowledge of the PDC electronic rostering system or strong willingness to learn it.
Good cooperation skills with a structured and organized way of working.
Ability to maintain overview, take responsibility and manage communication with multiple stakeholders.
Strong IT skills with interest in working with digital systems and tools.
