Shift Technologist Officer

Train, guide, and support shift managers to ensure smooth production flow and full compliance with safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
Prepare technical reports and production analyses, identify process issues, and implement corrective measures to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Supervise and control critical production stages such as raw material melting, centrifuge operations, binder mixing, and flue gas incineration.
Work closely with the process and quality teams to apply approved procedures and adjust production parameters during each shift.
Ensure consistent adherence to established standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.

University degree in chemistry or a related technical discipline.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and experience using SAP systems.
Previous experience in a similar or related production role is considered an advantage.
