Inventory Coordinator

• To collect and cross checks the receiving documents, tally sheets and compare with client documents
To ensure that received goods are properly entered in the system
To preparation of the Goods Receive Note (GRN) and get client confirmation
To cross check if the volume/weight is correct

To prepare the report for any damage, discrepancy or shorts in received items
To ensure that the order is entered correctly into the system
To prepare Pick Label, Store Label and Delivery order
To coordinate with team leader for a special instruction regarding the orders
• To prepare stickers, if needed for Shipping marks
Confirming date after Deliveries

Other Tasks

Generate reports and give to customer as and when required Provide Transaction Report if needed
Correct filing of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Delivery Orders
Provide Customer’s special instruction to team leaders and proper filing of those details
Maintain the correct system stock reports and Assist warehouse team for stock take
Provide any assistance needed by Team Leaders or Client
Handling Incoming and Outgoing mails and calls for queries
Preparing CBM Report for Weekly and Monthly basis
To check and report any system error

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehousing and logistics operations

Competencies

• Proficient in email communication and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong computer skills (ERP/WMS knowledge is an advantage)

• Good communication and coordination skills
  

Languages

• Ability to read and understand English
