Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Planning Analyst to join the After Sales division of a leading automotive company based in Lahore. This role is ideal for female professionals who excel in data analysis and want to drive real impact across national-level operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor & analyze dealer network KPIs to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities
• Improve customer retention using insights-driven strategies
• Create dashboards and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Manage annual service budgets and provide variance analysis
• Lead data-supported Kaizen and process improvement initiatives
• Forecast future sales using historical data and analytics tools
• Provide strategic insights through financial reporting and benchmarking
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to influence decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ACF or ACCA qualified
• 3–5 years of experience in data or sales planning roles
• Required Skill: Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate data into strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
