Job Purpose:
To lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans, forecasts, and market analysis within the automotive sector. This role is pivotal in aligning sales performance with business goals by leveraging data insights, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing vehicle inventory to meet market demand.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and forecasts based on market trends, customer demand, and business objectives.

Analyze sales data, automotive market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Collaborate closely with key internal functions—including Marketing, Finance, and Product Planning—to ensure alignment on sales targets, KPIs, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.

Prepare regular sales reports and executive dashboards that provide visibility on performance, market share, and future outlook.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with demand planning and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock availability across models and locations.

Support product lifecycle planning by providing market intelligence and sales projections for new model launches and phase-outs.

Track and evaluate pricing trends, and dealership performance to improve commercial strategies.

Lead monthly sales planning meetings and contribute to strategic business reviews with data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field; MBA is preferred.

6–8 years of relevant experience in sales planning, business analytics, or commercial strategy within the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of vehicle market trends, sales forecasting techniques, and inventory management practices.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP).

Solid communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse internal stakeholders and regional teams.
