Position Overview

This is not a new-construction or rough-in plumbing role — it’s a sales and service position designed for plumbers who love diagnosing, problem-solving, and helping homeowners make the right repair or replacement decisions.

You’ll meet with homeowners responding to inbound requests (no cold calls), assess their plumbing systems, educate them on solutions, and close profitable repair or replacement work. Our Sales Plumbers manage their own jobs from initial diagnosis through sold work, supported by a full install and operations team.

We provide:

• Fully-booked, high-quality inbound leads from Google, LSA, Nextdoor, and community referrals
• Elite tools and technology (including tablets, camera systems, and pricing software)
• The most comprehensive pay plan in the industry — 50% profit share too

What You’ll Do

• Meet with residential customers to diagnose issues and present clear repair or replacement options
• Educate homeowners on long-term solutions and value-driven service
• Build trust through professionalism, transparency, and follow-through
• Manage your own booked schedule with full operational support
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers and internal teams
• Represent the Mother Modern Plumbing brand in the field — clean, professional, and prepared
• Deliver exceptional service that leads to repeat customers and referrals

What Success Looks Like

• Minimum annual sales expectation: $1,000,000 in sold work
• Average weekly earnings: $2,000–$4,000+ (top performers $20,000+/month)
• 5-star customer feedback and high repeat/referral rates
• Consistent lead conversion above company average

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber (Texas)
• Proven ability to sell and close residential plumbing work
