Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and promote sales opportunities through excellent customer service
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of products, events, and promotional content using professional equipment and editing tools
• Edit photos and videos with industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce polished visual assets
• Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing audience engagement to boost brand visibility
• Conduct photo manipulation and art direction to ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials
• Support filming projects by setting up scenes, operating cameras, and handling post-production editing with an eye for color management and color theory principles

Requirements

• Proven experience or strong interest in photography, videography, or digital marketing roles - You will have to provide your own photography equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of color management techniques and color theory for accurate photo editing and video production
• Ability to operate filming equipment confidently during shoots and post-production processes
• Strong sales skills with a friendly approach to customer interaction and product promotion
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a keen eye for detail in photo editing, photo manipulation, and art direction
• Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for content creation and audience engagement
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work standards
