Sales Process Analyst

Multan, Pakistan

  • Data Collection & Validation
  • Ensure client questionnaires are fully completed, follow up for missing info.
  • Clean, organize, and prepare data for analysis.
  • Analysis Support
  • Run data through LLM-powered workflows (we’ll train you).
  • Interpret AI outputs, spot errors, fill in context manually if needed.
  • Deliverable Assembly
  • Compile reports, ICPs, funnel diagnoses, and recommendations in clean, branded format.
  • Ensure reports follow company methodology and are client-ready.
  • Quality Control
  • Use internal checklist to confirm each stage is complete before client delivery.
  • Flag issues or gaps early so they can be corrected quickly.
  • Client Coordination
  • Send follow-up questions, schedule review calls, collect feedback.
  • Maintain a positive, proactive relationship with clients.
  • Process Stewardship
  • Document learnings, improve playbooks, suggest better ways to collect data or automate steps.

Required Skills

  • Sales & Funnel Knowledge: Understands B2B sales — leads, ICP, conversion funnels.
  • Analytical Thinking: Can turn data into insights and spot meaningful patterns.
  • Written Communication: Strong English, able to draft follow-up questions and client updates.
  • Technical Comfort: Google Sheets, CRMs, basic automation dashboards, Loom.
  • Detail Orientation: Obsessed with accuracy and completeness.
  • Coachability: Eager to learn our methodology and grow into a delivery lead role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
