We are seeking an experienced Sales & Product Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across our SaaS portfolio. On the Product side, you will generate usage analytics across Access Hub, Evidence Hub, and Nuro, providing insights that inform the product development roadmap and help the Client Success team demonstrate value to clients. On the Sales side, you will support revenue operations by delivering insight into renewals, pipeline progression, and sales target achievement by person, product, and quarter.
This strategic role sits at the intersection of Product, Client Success, and Sales, ensuring we are data-driven in decision-making and client engagement. You will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, managing key operational processes, and enabling growth through data, tools, and collaboration.
