About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive with proven exposure in selling concrete equipment, pumps, transit mixers, batching plants, and other related solutions within the readymix and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, contracting, and ready-mix sectors.
• Promote and sell concrete equipment, rental services, and allied solutions to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Conduct market research to track competitor activity, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.

Requirements

• Female candidate with strong experience in sales within the concrete equipment, readymix, or construction industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling corporate clients.
• Good knowledge of pumps, mixers, batching plants, or related construction machinery.
• Strong network with contractors, ready-mix companies, and consultants is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the construction / concrete equipment industry.
