Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events when required.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A results-driven attitude with a passion for closing deals.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Experience: 1-2 years (Preferred) / Freshers are welcome

Salary: 2500 + Transportation.
