Sales Professional

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on furniture products, including materials, styles, and functionality.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build relationships.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
