Sales Professional (Real Estate/ High-rises)

Reporting to: Sales Director / CEO

Make and share project videos/information on social platforms

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* Lead Conversion: Following up on digital leads (Facebook, Instagram) and converting them into site visits.

* Product Mastery: Memorizing floor plans, square footage rates, and construction milestones of our specific project.

* Client Relationship Management (CRM): Managing the end-to-end sales funnel, from the first call to the final allotment letter.

* Market Intelligence: Providing weekly reports on competitor pricing and payment plans within Bahria and all over lahore

* Site Presence: Conducting professional site tours and briefing clients on the structural integrity and amenities of the building.

3. Compensation & Benefits Structure

* Base Salary:40,000 – 60,000] per month.

* Commission: 1% to 3% on every successful booking/sale.

* Incentives: Performance-based bonuses Sell 5 units, get an extra bonus

* Allowances:Company provided mobile SIM/Data, Laptops

* Growth: Clear path to Team Lead or Sales Head based on quarterly targets.

Mandatory Requirements

* Education: Minimum Graduation (Business or Marketing preferred).

* Tools: Proficiency in WhatsApp Business and basic CRM software.

* Vehicle: Must have their own car/bike for client site visits.

* Availability: Ready to work weekends (as Bahria Town site visits peak on Saturdays and Sundays,

* ⁠only Friday off

* ⁠timing is 11:AM to 07:00PM
