Role Overview:

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Agent to generate new business and promote our recruitment services to companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients

• Present recruitment solutions and close deals

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Coordinate hiring requirements with recruitment team

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales (recruitment/HR preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Compensation:

Fixed salary + commission
